Restaurant Manager | Golden Corral Both Inc. | Hagerstown, MD
BOTH Inc Golden Corral has an opening for an EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT
MANAGER with at least 5 years experience in a high volume casual dining
concept.

As a Manager with BOTH Inc you would be expected to successfully
complete the comprehensive 13 week training program and be assigned to
our new Hagerstown Golden Corral in Hagerstown (opening later this year)
after position after a practise management period of at least 12 to 16
weeks following successful completion of the training program.
Our restaurants sales range from $3 to $6 million annually, serving well
over 1000 guests per day. At Golden Corral our Management Team consists
of a General Manager, two Associate Managers (a Kitchen Manager and a
Guest Services Manager) and 2 to 4 Assistant Managers, supervising a
team of 80 to 100 co-workers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years restaurant management experience required, with at
least 3 years as a General Manager.
- Preference given to candidates with high volume sales casual dining
experience (over $2.5 million sales annually).
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business management or
culinary arts preferred.
- Preference given to candidates with strong experience in both FOH
and BOH.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check including criminal,
credit, DMV, and a drug screen.
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate
with a diverse group of guests and employees.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment with a
sense of urgency.
- Must be able to work a flexible 55 hour, 5 day work week, usually
with Mondays and Tuesdays off, with a Sat/Sun off every 8 weeks.

Our General Managers total compensation (base and bonus) ranges from
$70k to well over $100k! And there are no payroll deductions for medical
